This Policy applies only to products purchased directly through Nutrilleo.com. We cannot accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges for items purchased from third-party sellers, marketplaces, or retail locations. For those purchases, please contact the original seller.
2. Eligibility for Returns
For health and safety reasons, consumable goods must remain sealed and unused to qualify for a return. We may accept returns when all of the following are met:
Item is unopened, unused, and sealed, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
Return request is made within thirty (30) days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.
Valid proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt) is provided.
Products that are opened, partially used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or partially used supplements.
Items purchased from third-party sellers or retail partners.
If your request is approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions. Unauthorized returns without an RMA may not be processed.
5. Shipping of Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Nutrilleo error or a verified product defect.
We recommend a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance. Nutrilleo is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved by our quality control team.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (bank/processor timelines may vary).
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Nutrilleo error or verified defect.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nutrilleo.com and include:
Your order number and tracking number.
Clear photos of the packaging and the item(s) (if applicable).
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please complete the return (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order on our website.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received an approved refund:
Check your bank or card account again.
Contact your credit card company; posting times vary.
Contact your bank for processing timelines.
